CASEAN operations queue and Concierge Proxy Mode indicator. Roles: CASEAN_ADMIN, CASEAN_COMPLIANCE_OFFICER, CASEAN_SUPPORT.

High-fidelity clickable deal workspace: RFQ, terms, Trade Sheet concept, concierge proxy.

Out of scope in every frame: shipment tracking, carrier dispatch, payments or escrow. CASEAN is not a bank, escrow agent, or party to the contract.
