What is real here, and what is a concept

Phase 1B live path: public dossier and tier badges, own-org dossier with Vault evidence, compliance verification queue, RFQ, inquiry response, progressive terms with [PENDING], Vault document checklist, milestones, proxy audit trail.
Phase 1C concepts, labelled in the UI: Trade Sheet sign-off, lock, PDF and hash; Landed Cost screen (no calculator).
Out of scope: tracking, dispatch, payments, escrow, wallets, rankings or scores.
