# Legacy assessment and requirements reconciliation

Milestone 1 / Annex A A2. Status: included in the formal submission package (#84). Sources: Agreement V3 (including Annex A exclusions and Annex B roadmap), CASEAN/NILEAD discovery through A1–A2 Work items (#72–#81), and the product decisions recorded in the IA and ADRs.

This note is a **reconciliation summary**, not a forensic audit of a prior production system. Agreement §20: Legacy Materials and informal communications do not modify contracted scope unless expressly incorporated into an SOW or amendment.

## Domain model coverage (A2 bullet)

Counterparties/orgs, products/lots, RFQs, deals and milestones, Vault documents, dossier/verification, and (later) Trade Sheet / Landed Cost / ledger concepts are specified in `specs/` and constrained by ADRs 0001–0007. No separate ERD file is shipped; the draft specs are the acceptance baseline for Phase 1B/1C backlog.

## Gaps / honesty

- There is no named legacy artifact list to attach: materials beyond the Agreement and operating narrative were not formally handed over as a package. If CASEAN has additional Legacy Materials that should be reconciled, provide them during the §11 review and NILEAD will update this note.
- Open product questions that do **not** block Milestone 1 acceptance (e.g. Ask CASEAN privacy in product, Vault category for corporate identity papers) are listed on the walkthrough deck and remain for CASEAN decision during or after the §11 review.
